This album is baby Culture Club: raw, soulful, playful, dramatic, and already dripping with the emotional tension that defines their early era. Do You Really Want to Hurt Me is like George is basically keeping a diary with a microphone. White Boy is amazing. You Know I'm Not Crazy is excellence.
Also this whole era is George in prime Blitz-meets-Reggae aesthetic and I'm obsessed.
Each track title links to its own dedicated lyrics page. If a song doesn't have an official set of lyrics, or has multiple versions (because demo versions sometimes have different lyrics, and then we know how George likes to change up lyrics during live performances lol), I'll note that on the individual page.
